The practice is directed by Felicity Watts, an acknowledged member of the design industry. Felicity holds a Bachelor with Honours in Interior and Exhibition Design and has over a decade of experience as a design leader.

Felicity Watts is a Registered Building Practitioner in Building Design (Interior Draftsperson) with the Victorian Building Authority.
