I love weddings, but they can be stressful as a photographer. There's always limited time, you rarely manage to get a second to sit still and actually have a meal in your 10-12 hour day, and you've got to frantically move between two locations, often miles apart to photograph the bride and the groom getting ready simultaneously. It's tough.
That's where Dave & Alex come in. Two of the most relaxed, easy going people I've ever met. There was no stress, no hustle, and not even an ounce of bustle. Convention was thrown to the wind, and the two got ready in the same apartment of the Hotel. They decided to walk each other down the aisle, and have both the ceremony and reception at the same venue.
It was bliss. From a photographer's perspective, I felt more like a guest at the wedding than an integral part of the coordination and memory preservation service.
Enjoy.
